EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
Here at Sadity31 we strive to provide our customers with not only the best products but the best quality possible . However we understand if an item is not to your standard . We have a 30-day exchange / store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for eligible items .
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and exchange form .
You can contact us at 31.sadity@gmail.com to get a copy of exchange form if you can find on website . Please note that all exchanges will need to be sent to the following address : [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
Sadity31 does NOT provide return labels . You are responsible for paying for any cost associated with sending items back to us . We will however cover cost to send exchanged item back to you .
Please keep in mind the exchange / store credit can NOT be completed until we have received the item you are exchanging .
If you choose a store credit you will automatically receive a email to the same email used at time of placing order with the credit amount excluding shipping fees. Please save email as will will not resend store credit code .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with 30 days of receiving order .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All SALE items are final , Unfortunately NO exchanges or store credits will be accepted . Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are nonrefundable .

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
